Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to aid management decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance.
Handle tax-related matters such as SST submission, income tax, and audit schedules.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external parties.
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all accounting tasks.
Assist in process improvements and implementation of internal controls to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of working experience
in accounting or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficient in accounting software (AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
