Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries, etc.) independently.
Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for statutory matters.
Monitor project expenses, claims, petty cash, and supplier payments.
Perform budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis for ongoing projects.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and accounting compliance with MFRS.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a construction or related industry.
Proficient in SQL Accounting and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and statutory contributions.
Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
Independent, responsible, and a good team player.
Must be willing to work in our Mid Valley City office (on-site position).
