Job Description

• Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in account management or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an efficient account system to track all transactions and client interactions.
• Manage all aspects of client accounts, including onboarding, invoicing, and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present bi-weekly reports to the Managing Director during meetings, detailing budget allocation, spending trends, and any variances.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to streamline account management procedures.
