Responsibilities:
Manage the full-set of accounts, handle daily financial operations, and perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy, smooth month-end closing and internal company reporting such MSA and DA.
Handle HR-related tasks, such as payroll and employee record-keeping.
General office administration duties, which can include a variety of administrative tasks to support the company's operations.
Assist with tax matters, including preparing and submitting SST and E-Invoicing, and liaising with auditors and tax agents.
Assist senior management with daily operations and achieving departmental goals.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is typically required.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a relevant accounting or finance role is often necessary.
Strong accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities are essential.
Proficiency in handling full-set accounts and familiarity with financial software and tax requirements are expected.
Able to work within tight deadlines, independently, meticulous, time consciousness and organized
Able to start work immediately and Shipping or logistics related experience will be an advantage.
