To perform monthly financial closing2. Fixed Asset Control and Inventory Control3. To prepare, review and analysis accounts. Ensuring revenue, expenses and Balance Sheet items are appropriately captured each month and in accordance with the established accounting standards and finance policies.4. Monthly Cash flow Budget, processing of all weekly payments and ensuring sufficient funds.5. Reconciliation of monthly Account Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Balances, other BS items6. Ensuring all liabilities and prepayments are taken up accurately.7. Analysis of expenses, explaining for major variances if any8. Liaison with banker, auditor, income tax department9. Review Departmental Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI)10. Update Standard costing and able to construct variant of costing report (example: PPC, usage variance and etc)11. Others dd-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.Requirement1. 5 years experienced in accounting and related field.2. Diploma or Degree or Master or any Education in related field3. Accounting, Finance, Microsoft Office, ERP system (SAP preferable)Sub Specialization : Finance;Account Executive
