Position:

Senior Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

Mainly responsible for the daily accounting, bookkeeping, expense review, report preparation, tax filing and management, export tax rebate management, statistical management, annual audit, cost accounting, asset and inventory management, and accounting archive management for the Malaysia region. Assist in opening and closing bank accounts, handling daily banking operations, fund planning, daily fund settlement, and bank financing negotiations. Responsible for coordination and communication of financial matters for the local company, process streamlining, and financial informatization construction. Complete other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

Education: Diploma or above, major in finance or related fields. Work Experience: More than three years of full-cycle accounting experience in a manufacturing company in Malaysia; proficient in local tax laws and fiscal policies; familiar with export tax rebate declaration processes; experienced in full-cycle accounting; capable of formulating financial rules and processes suitable for the local Malaysia environment; proficient in accounting, fund settlement, taxation, business registration, and audit processes. Financial Management: Possess financial management capabilities, able to guide and implement financial audits, business process compliance supervision, and fiscal risk avoidance in line with company management requirements. Skills: Strong communication and learning abilities, meticulous, responsible, adhere to professional ethics; good Chinese language communication and expression skills; proficient in office and financial software. Experience in using Kingdee Cloud is preferable.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
