Job Title: Account Executive/Senior Account Executive
Salary Range: SGD 2300 - SGD2900
& Requirements
Job Scope:
Handle full set accounts functions including cash flow, month-end closing, and year-end audit activities for 2 Entities in Malaysia.
Management reporting and analysis to Singapore HQ
Prepare necessary audit schedules
Prepare budgets and forecast
In charge of office permits and licenses, corporate secretarial matters.
Liaise with Malaysia government authorities
Other Ad-hoc duties or assignments.
Requirements:
Accounting degree with full set experience are a must.
Financial accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA are plus.
Familiar with MFRS, Malaysia tax, intercompany processes and transfer pricing.
Meticulous & Accurate in his/her work primarily with numbers
IT Savvy and knowledge of accounting system and excel are required.
Open-minded, friendly, willing to learn, resourceful, mature in thinking
Can work independently with minimum supervision and work well with other departments.
Able to read and converse in Bahasa Malay is a plus.
Experience in accounting firm is a plus.
Experience working for LMW firm is a plus.
Working location is in Singapore office and will be fully responsible for Malaysia entities.
Require travel between Singapore and Malaysia.
