Key Responsibilities :
1) Managing CFO Group's client management account and collaborate with cross-country teams to ensure accounting timelines are met;
2) Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual management account, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards;
3) Preparing timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other supporting schedules in accordance with the Company's accounting policies;
4) Resolving accounting queries and addressing issues that arise from client portfolios;
5) Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST returns and other regulatory financial reports; Continuously identify process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices;
6) Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time
Requirements and Qualification
1) Minimum Professional Certificate/ Bachelor's Degree /Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
2) Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts (preferably in an accounting firm with knowledge of handling Singapore based client).
3) Strong knowledge of accounting standards (SFRS) and accounting software (e.g., Auto count, Quick book and Xero). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior members of the finance
