• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheet, including advanced features such as Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
• Ability to work independently

• Preparing reports and provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
• Summarize current financial status by collecting information.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Guides accounting staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation.
• Reconcile the company\'s bank statements.
• Managing income and expenditure accounts.
• Managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
• Generating invoices and receipts.
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording data.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending reminders and contacting customers.
• Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
• Prepare and process the refund deposit to customer correctly
