Requirements
Who We're Looking For : Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent in any field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Senior Accounts Executive or in a similar role
Familiarity with accounts payable processes and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadline
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive in managing the company's accounts and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
This full-time position is responsible for managing and growing key client relationships to support the company's strategic sales objectives.
What's your role?
Full Set of Accounts Management:- Handle full set of accounting, ensure timely and accurate financial reports and other related schedule
Bank Reconciliation- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions
Invoice Verification- Verify daily invoice documents from vendors and inter-company group
Staff Claims Handling- Handle staff claims and ensure reimbursements are made based on company policy
Audit Support- Assist in yearly audit listing for accounts payable (AP) required listing
Accounting System Maintenance- Maintain and update accounting records in SQL Accounting Software
Policy Compliance- Enforce company policies and procedures where relevant or identified in any business transactions
