Requirements

• At least Diploma in Accounting qualification or equivalent.
• Proficient in full set account and financial reporting, if experience in SST submission, e-invoice & SAP is a plus point.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, dedicated and good work attitude.
• Able to start work immediately/within a short period of time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes efficiently and accurately.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to management's attention.
• Assist with external audits by providing necessary documents and explanations.
• Manage fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants or accounting clerks.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial data and reporting needs.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and financial policies.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation of accounting workflows.
• Process monthly payroll and handle statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
