13. Updating of monthly debtor's/client's collection report on actual and forecast.
14. Updating and maintaining credit's aging report.
15. Prepare facilities management reports every month.
16. Prepare bank documentation.
17. To liaise with auditor, banker and tax agent.
18. Company's fixed asset record and maintenance on depreciation and net book value of the asset for disposal.
19. Daily bank cash flow transaction and petty cash control.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Finance / Accountancy Degree or equivalent.
2. Candidate must be computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) application and familiar with Auto count Accounting would be added advantage.
3. Proficiency in MS Office suite
4. Good attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision. People personality, friendly, and a team player.
