Position Title: Senior Account Executive, Mandarin Speaker

Salary: From 5K - 6K

Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping services to our organization.

s:

Handle full sets of accounts and responsible for smooth month-end closing, monthly reports, and other financial matters. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports. Manage the day-to-day invoice processing of Account Payable including receiving, reviewing, and processing of invoices from suppliers and vendors. Liaise with internal departments and external parties such as vendors, company secretary, auditors, tax agents, and bankers for finance-related matters. Prepare bank reconciliation (BR) as well for other reconciliations with monthly closing preparation. Provide administrative support, manage filing systems, and handle other ad-hoc assignments as required. Any assignment will be assigned by the Finance Manager or Head of Finance.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Must have at least (4) years of field experience working in Retail companies are encouraged to apply. (Optional) Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and reporting. Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
