We are looking for a

Senior Account Executive

to manage key accounts, handle billing-related matters, and support overall sales and financial coordination.

This position reports directly to the Finance Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing dealer accounts and corporate clients. Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealerships. Coordinate closely with the

Finance Manager

on invoicing, payment follow-ups, dealer credit matters, and account statements. Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations. Handle account inquiries, pricing, stock availability, and order follow-ups. Work with marketing, operations, and installers to ensure smooth project fulfilment. Monitor monthly sales performance and report progress to the Finance Manager. Attend roadshows, events, and dealer visits when required.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in Account Management / Sales (automotive industry is an advantage). Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Good understanding of billing, invoicing, and basic account coordination. Possess own transport & willing to travel for dealer visits. Fluent in English & BM (Mandarin is an advantage).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
