Requirements

• Minimum LCCI Higher / Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent qualification.
• Ideally min 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in inventory and stock take.
• Computer literately (Navision ERP Accounting System and MS Office)
• Excellent influencing and follow-up skills and demonstrates strong agility
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail and analytical in problem solving
• Has a positive approach, self-motivated, a team player and possess high level of integrity
• Possess the ability to prioritize work and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for inventory management with aim of improving the integrity and accuracy of inventory at all times.
• Responsible for monthly cycle counts and annual stocktaking with analysis & reconciliations of variances.
• Preparation of product costing and analyzing cost variances.
• Prepare timely and accurate weekly and monthly related reporting and analysis for inventory
• Liaise with the operation to keep track of inventory movements.
• Analyze & review monthly stock reports such as stock turnover, write off, returned, adjustment and variance report besides preparing any other ad-hoc reports as and when required by Management.
• To initiate, to review and to implement any procedures pertaining to inventory management and control for effective operations
• Preparation of financial close and handle general accounting activities inclusive of General Ledger journal entries & reconciliations, Account Payables, Fixed Asset and Bank Book.
• Maintain and capitalize fixed assets and process asset movements, complete fixed assets postings, depreciation, reporting and analysis.
• Process AP invoices and arrange payment accordingly
• Responsible for submission of monthly closing accounts on timely manner.
• Prepare audit schedule and tax Analysis to facilitate the completion of audit & tax
• Accountable for completing assigned tasks within the Finance function.
