Senior Account Finance Executive

Job Description

The Senior Account Finance Executive for the group of companies is responsible for managing key accounts, coordinating with suppliers and partners, ensuring smooth outlet sales operations, and supporting the outlet's financial performance. This role serves as the liaison between outlets, clients, and vendors, ensuring excellent service delivery and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



1.

Client & Vendor Management



o Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, regular customers, and vendors.

o Handle client inquiries, reservations, and feedback professionally.

o Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and product quality.

2.

Sales & Revenue Growth



o Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate catering, event bookings, and promotions.

o Support marketing initiatives to drive footfall and sales.

o Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to improve revenue.

3.

Financial & Account Oversight



o Track daily sales, invoices, and payments from clients.

o Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection.

o Support P&L management and expense tracking for assigned accounts.

o Experience in Audit and managing intercompany transactions.

o Monthly Audit inventory and P&L of every outlet.

4.

Operational Coordination



o Work with the outlet team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.

o Coordinate internal teams for special events, promotions, or bulk orders.

o Ensure all accounts comply with company policies and standard operating procedures.

5.

Reporting & Communication



o Prepare weekly/monthly account reports, including sales, invoices, and outstanding payments.

o Communicate effectively with the Outlet Manager, procurement department and management about account status and client feedback.

o Escalate and resolve client or vendor issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:



Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Hospitality, or related field.

Proven experience in account management, sales, or operations within F&B.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Financial literacy with experience handling invoices, P&L, and sales tracking.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
