  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in audit, preferably in a public accounting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standards (MPERS), and accounting standards.
  • Excellent technical skills in accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in leading and managing engagements and supervising staff.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex financial data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and account software.
Tanggungjawab
  • Lead and manage account and financial statements for clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standards (MPERS) and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee the full account process, including risk assessment, planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
  • Supervise and mentor junior account, providing guidance and training to enhance their technical and professional skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and providing recommendations for improvements in financial processes and internal controls.
  • Review financial statements and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage the preparation of MBRS reports, financial statements, and other deliverables, ensuring they are presented to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify areas of risk, internal control weaknesses, and other opportunities for clients to improve their financial processes.
  • Stay updated on changes to accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry developments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Assist in business development activities, including client proposals and presentations.
