Responsibilities



We are seeking a motivated

Senior Account Manager

to take on a

hybrid role

in Malaysia, balancing both

strategic partner management

and

direct end-user engagement

. You will be the key driver of sales growth, market adoption, and customer success for our life sciences solutions.




Manage and grow one assigned

strategic partner relationship

, serving as the main point of contact to drive mutual business growth. Engage directly with

end-users

(academia, clinical, applied testing) to build adoption, address needs, and generate demand. Co-develop and execute sales and marketing plans with the partner, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Monitor and track partner performance against agreed targets (sales, forecasts, inventory, marketing commitments), ensuring accountability and corrective actions when required. Support commercial discussions with both partner and customers, including pricing, promotions, and rebate structures within company guidelines. Provide accurate sales planning, forecasting, and demand phasing based on market trends, partner activity, and end-user opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with

key accounts and KOLs

, both directly and through the partner, to expand awareness and adoption of our solutions. Share market intelligence and competitive insights with internal teams to refine sales strategies and execution. Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, forecasts, and CRM updates to support visibility and decision-making. Represent the company in customer-facing activities such as seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns. Focus split:

~50% partner management, ~50% end-user engagement.




Requirements



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related discipline. 3-5 years of sales experience in life sciences; channel/account management experience preferred. Proven ability to manage strategic partners while directly driving customer adoption and sales. Strong commercial, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive, accountable, and results-driven team player.
