Job Description

• Preparation of monthly management accounts (by applicable approved accounting standards), management reports, and analysis of financial statements.
• Monitoring of financial and treasury functions including funds managements, cash flow planning, and projection.
• Preparation of annual budget and budget monitoring.
• Manage/attend to daily operational matters.
• Responsible for accuracy & timely preparation of full set accounts in respective of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash book, general ledger & etc.
• Issue and verify the issuance of invoices.
• Timely & accurately generate/verify creditor payment vouchers, and process online payment transactions & cheques.
• Monitor all subcontractors\' payments closely, generate the listings & bank reconciliation accordingly to the deadline.
• Prepare relevant & timely updates reports, and analyses related to finance-related activities.
• Assist in the preparation of feasibility study/cost plan.
• Monitoring and improvement of internal control procedures and ensuring compliance with group policies.
• Preparation of tax computation, tax compliance, and tax planning.
• Liaise with the tax computation, tax compliance, and tax planning.
• Liaise with the banker on financing matters.
• Assist in the monthly closure of management accounts.
• Perform any ad hoc assignment/duties when necessary.
• Accounting - general ledger, analytical accounting, the closing of the accounts, social charges/benefits, relations with auditors and local authorities.
• Review finance process & provide recommendations on process improvement.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, Registration of Companies & statutory organizations, and Company Secretary.
• Must adapt & familiarize with company accounting software such as the BPR system & written software system.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese for the purpose of preparing accurate financial reports for Hong Kong HQ.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month Benefits:
