Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for multiple roles of Senior Intercompany Analyst / Senior Intercompany Accounting Specialist

This position will perform complex transactional and rule base activities pertaining to Intercompany accounting across Asia region.

Job Responsibilities

• All inter-company transactions and activities are booked timely and accurately, including:- Intercompany AR billing & receivable, AP Bookings & payments, internal order, Cost centre assessment, and confirming billed and unbilled amount
• Prepare for monthly inter-company account reconciliations and follow up outstanding issues independently.
• Perform various tasks related to, and established for, handling intercompany transaction processing, reconciliations and reporting independently, including resolving complex queries and investigations in a timely manner.
• Support Intercompany R2R Team Lead to review entries posted by team to ensure accuracy. Analyse the intercompany entries, identify and resolve issues where necessary under minimum supervision.
• Carry out all reporting requirements accurately and within specified timescales. Prepares and produces monthly intercompany reports as assigned, highlight and resolve any identified anomalies.
• Contribute to the development or changes in systems and process improvement initiatives. This includes preparing, updating and reviewing process documentation.
• Provide technical guidance or coaching and allocating work to others with minor supervision role. May need to supervise a group of junior team members
• Review compliance to key controls as identified in the FCF/SOX documentation.
• Review the KPI metrics and provide commentaries where required

Main Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in interco will be sufficient.
• Proficient in Mandarin is required to support China, Taiwan / HK market
• Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
• SAP Knowledge will be great
• Able to work well with the team in a fast paced MNC environment
• Prior experience in SSC / GBS / COE or International MNC environment will be advantageous
• Commercial candidate without regional experience but with SAP knowledge is welcome to apply
