We Are Looking For As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and operations. You will also play a key role in partnering the Headquarters Finance Team in setting up the Finance framework for PDG in Malaysia. You should be business savvy, have an innovative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills. Responsible for the day to day accounting and operations, including timely month end closing and reporting Co-ordinate with the local accounting/payroll service provider for the day to day transactions and ensure all transactions are properly recorded & accounted for Support the year end audit and tax matters Liaise with government authorities e.g. Custom, Inland Revenue etc. Manage the FA register including CIP Prepare and get the approval for the new AP and AR creation Responsible for bank reconciliation & cash management (including cash flow) Maintain the open PO status report on weekly basis Engage with stakeholders to follow up the supplier invoices, verify and record into system Issue sales invoices, send out to customers, following up the outstanding payment and record Qualities You Should Have Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent Hands on and at least 5 years in full sets or relevant working experience Oracle Netsuite experience will be an added advantage Experience in Big Four will be an added advantage In submitting this application for employment to PDG, you hereby acknowledge that you consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure (to relevant third parties) of your personal data by us for the purposes of evaluating this application [and for other potential vacancies in the future], you may inform us of any decision to withdraw such consent in the future by contacting [HIDDEN TEXT].
