Job Description
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and finance tasks, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance. The candidate will be skilled at financial reporting, auditing, and budget setting in the technology industry.
- Manage daily accounting activities, including ledgers, financial reporting, and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Implement and maintain best practices in accounting and financial procedures.
- Contribute to the development of the company's budget and financial plans.
- Oversee internal and external audits, resolving any discrepancies or financial irregularities.
- Manage relationships with financial service providers and contractors.
- Assist in strategic decision-making and risk management.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the management team.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
