Your responsibilities include:

• Handles the daily accounting operations e.g. processing of payables, invoicing to customers, preparing GST tax filings
• Handles the monthly bank reconciliation
• Handles the booking of Retail transactions from the platforms (e.g .Lazada and Shopee)
• Support the Head of Finance in the analysis of the financial reports
• Helps to develop/review new/existing policies and procedures and recommend improvements
• Handle statutory and group audits

• At least 5 years experience as a Senior Accountant or as an Accounting/Finance Supervisor
• Experience in AP, AR, and Invoicing
• Experience in retail business is a plus
• Good interpersonal skills
• Preferably with Netsuite experience
• Good command in English both spoken and written
• Good organization skills and ability to work under pressure
• Can thrive in a fast-paced, start-up and Ecommerce environment
