They are looking to hire a senior accountant to be based in Petaling Jaya to support the senior management, and the country\'s finance team.Your key responsibilities includes:
- Take charge of full spectrum finance, including closing, reporting, advisory for regional company.
- Responsible for preparation of financial statements for regional entities compliant to IFRS.
- Ensure alignment of local processes and controllership compliance
- Co-ordinate with Treasury for local treasury/banking requirements
- Lead/support projects on process improvement, streamlining and re-engineering
- Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax
- Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc.)
- A minimum of 4 years in Big 4 or Big 10
- Exposure in oil & gas, energy, property and construction industy will have added advantage.
- Excellent knowlege in IFRS15
- Experience using SAP system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders (finance and non-finance)
