The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, and a hands-on approach to managing financial operations.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making.- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.- Prepare payments and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.- Prepare journal vouchers and record them in the system accurately.- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.- Coordinate and manage external audits and tax filings.- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic planning and business performance improvement.- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial operations.Requirements- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
