The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in Excel and accounting systems, and a hands-on approach to managing financial operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.
• Prepare payments and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
• Prepare journal vouchers and record them in the system accurately.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and tax filings.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic planning and business performance improvement.
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve financial operations.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• ACCA and MIA membership is a plus.
• 8-10 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Hands-on experience and a proactive approach to managing tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
