Group reporting and consolidation

Prepare and facilitate timely closing of Client Group consolidated financial results Maintenance of Client Group permanent and intercompany elimination entries Upkeep of general ledger maintenance in Client accounting systems Responsible for intercompany transactions and balance sheet reconciliations Preparation of Client Group's consolidated reporting package Preparation of the Client Group annual report Partnering with local and foreign subsidiary finance teams on monthly financial close activities Support the acquisition and integration of newly acquired entities for Client Group Facilitate the external audit of the Client Group during the audit period

Other responsibilities

Responsible for Operational Authority and Approval Limit maintenance Drive process improvement, automation and other ad-hoc projects as required
