/ Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Managing a diverse portfolio of accounting clients, providing exceptional service and support remotely.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain comprehensive and accurate full sets of accounts for our Malaysia SME clients\xc2\xb7 Prepare month-end schedules and executing precise adjusting entries\xc2\xb7 Deliver monthly reporting packages to meet clients\' needs\xc2\xb7 Manage monthly payroll processing remotely, ensuring our clients\' employees are paid accurately and on time\xc2\xb7 Utilizing accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL and more, enabling efficient workflows and delivering timely results\xc2\xb7 Take on ad hoc or administrative duties remotely as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to the team\'s success\xc2\xb7 Report directly to the Director in our Singapore office, benefiting from mentorship and expertise through virtual communication channels.\xc2\xb7 Lead a team of accounting staffEducational Qualifications / Requirements:\xc2\xb7 Possess a degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to professional growth and development\xc2\xb7 Possess a minimum of 3 year of accounting experience\xc2\xb7 Good command of spoken and written Chinese , enabling effective communication with internal departments and external clients remotely.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines, ensuring timely deliverables\xc2\xb7 Display a self-motivated and independent mindset while also being a proactive team player, fostering collaboration and success in a remote setting\xc2\xb7 The ideal candidate should have prior experience in leading a team, demonstrating strong communication, decision-making, and team-building skills
