Timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of all aspect of inventory accounting close activities.
Manage day-to-day operations of supply chain finance related queries to internal stakeholders.
Liaise with cross function team in relations to the preparation of inventory related queries and co-ordinate annual audit exercise.
Ensure SOX compliance with accounting standards and internal policies for all inventory related activities.
Monitor inventory levels and create thorough inventory reports to be reviewed by management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and actual close activities.
Support standard cost maintenance and yearly inventory revaluation.
Support analyse and understanding the product costing data to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirement:
3+ years of experience at a multinational company, with strong experience in Inventory Accounting, Financial Analysis and/or Product costing and Inventory.
Degree holder in Finance / Economics / Accounting / Business Administration preferred.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to handle a large amount of data and compile the analysis to draw meaningful insight.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Curiosity with a strong willingness to learn and collaboration with others within and outside the team.
Adaptability and flexibility in an ever-changing environment.
