The ideal candidate will assist in daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial management within the company.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax compliance, and auditing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Review and reconcile bank statements and financial reports.
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage payroll processing and related financial documentation.
• Supervise and monitor petty cash transactions and expense tracking.
• Ensure compliance with tax submissions, SST, GST, and other regulatory financial matters.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
