Job Description
Zagro Chemicals Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of a Singapore public limited company. Strong in heritage and very experienced in providing Agrisolutions to farmers in agriculture and animal husbandry, it manufactures and distributes a wide range of nutrition and protection products for crop care and animal health.

Senior Accounts Assistant
Base Location: Malaysia
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full set accounting for small companies.
- Performs AP/AR functions such as posting of sales/supplier invoices, processing of payments/receipts etc.
- Performs monthly closing and prepare management reports, bank reconciliations and supporting schedules.
- Manages GST reporting, corporate taxation, statutory audit to ensure its compliance with local statutory requirements.
- Provides assistance and administrative support to finance department.
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
- Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
- Relevant working experience in keeping full set of accounts.
- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadline.
- Familiar with ACCPAC accounting system would be an advantage.
