- Meticulous preparation of full sets of accounts (GL, AP, and AR) ensuring accuracy.
- Manage all facets of daily accounting functions.
- Conduct debtor monitoring and analysis.
- Generate daily reports on Cash Book and track incoming funds.
- Contribute to establishing robust policies, procedures, and controls.
- Collaborate effectively with auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
- Oversee daily operations of assigned accounts.
- Maintain organized filing, accounting records, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure financial practices adhere to statutory requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare timely financial reports.
- Complete month-end closing and yearly statutory reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in handling full sets of accounts.
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Experience with consolidation is a significant advantage.
- Ability to start immediately or with a maximum of one month\'s notice.
- Willingness to work in Bangsar South.
