Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance or Partial Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CIMA).
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Have minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience is required for this position.
• Advanced MS Excel and good analytical skills; experience in SAP B1 system will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and has a strong sense of urgency and forward thinking.

• Handle full set of accounts and responsible for month-end/ year-end financial closing activities, journal postings and prompt submission of relevant reports to the Management.
• Preparation of forecast and analytics of data for management reporting.
• Assist in monitoring and planning cash flows.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, bankers, solicitors, company secretary and other regulatory authorities on respective activities.
• Prepare and liaise closely with auditors and tax consultants for the annual audit, audit analysis and submission of tax returns.
• Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures as well as initiate corrective actions.
