Responsibilities
Handle the Group consolidation, financial reporting and analysis in line with
published deadlines based on IFRS and the disclosure requirements of the Rules
Governing the Listing of Securities of the Hong Kong Exchange and Clearing
Limited (HKEX)
Maintain the Group's Chart of Accounts and ensure standardization of definition
across all subsidiaries
Prepare quarterly reports, interim report and annual report for Hong Kong Exchange
and Clearing Limited (HKEX)
To assist and provide analytical support to evaluate and improve business
performance and potential growth of the company
Coordinate and prepare annual Budget and Forecasting
Well-versed in budgeting and reporting techniques, cost & financial analysis,
forecasting and strategic financial planning
Identify financial risks and highlight them to management to mitigate the risks
Assist in resolving problems occurring in ERP system, liaise with IT team and external
system provider to resolve the issues
Support relationship with Group and local auditors
Support Covenant and other compliance reporting in line with required deadlines
Any ad hoc task that is appointed by immediate superior
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related professional or financial qualifications.
Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA membership or equivalent (is
preferred).
Minimum five (5) years' of relevant working experience including minimum 2 years of
group consolidation experience.
Audit experience is an added advantage.
Experience with ERP system is preferable.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
