• Position: Senior Accounts Executive.

• Location: Bandar Bukit Jalil, WP Kuala Lumpur.

Introduction
This company, our client is a forward looking organization specialising in business travel services. They have been in the business of providing quality chauffeured limousine services and car rental for over two decades in Malaysia.
Currently they are seeking an accounting qualified professional to join their finance team based at their corporate head office in Bandar Bukit Jalil in the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur.
The opening position is full-time permanent with the objective to manage efficient accounting functions within the company.
About the job
This is a permanent executive level position where the incumbent will report to Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full spectrum of accounting functions independently. You will focus on managing month end closing activity for the head office entity of the business. The incumbent will be responsible for the various accounting matters and prepare and review monthly and quarterly management reports.
The candidate must have exposed to the full end-to-end cycle of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable process in addition to supporting Reconciliations. You will be involved in month end responsibilities including accruals, prepayments and reconcilation invoices, balance sheet reconciliations.
Candidate profile
We are looking for individuals (Female) with at least 3 years relevant experience to undertake the role. She should have knowledge of full set of accounts with some audit experience.
Candidates who will succeed to take up this role must possess minimum a Diploma qualification in Accountancy or at best a Bachelor degree or professional qualification ACCA/CIMA graduate.
To be considered for this role, candidates must be proficient in spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Mandarin. In addition, candidates must be willing to be based at the corporate office at Bukit Jalil area which is located in the outskirts of WP Kuala Lumpur.
