Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an

Senior Accounts Executive / Deputy Accounts Manager

at

PGEO Group Sdn Bhd

Pasir Gudang

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

. (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent certification is an advantage).

2-5 years of relevant experience

, preferably in

manufacturing

or related industries. Proven

hands-on experience with full set of accounts and financial reporting

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (SAP experience preferred)

. Strong knowledge of

tax regulations, compliance, and internal controls

. Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving. Able to work

independently under tight deadlines

in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills to liaise with auditors, authorities, and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Closing & Compliance

- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, tax laws, and reporting deadlines.

Budgeting & Forecasting

- Support annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to track performance and guide management decisions.

Audit & Taxation

- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents to ensure timely audit completion and full compliance with statutory requirements.

Cost & Performance Analysis

- Analyze revenues, expenses, and operational costs to provide insights on business performance and recommend efficiency improvements.

Internal Controls

- Implement and maintain strong accounting control procedures to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy.

Collaboration

- Partner with management and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational goals.

Ad-hoc Support

- Perform additional accounting and finance tasks as assigned to meet business needs.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
