Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle accounting, including transaction recording, ledger upkeep, journal postings, and account reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and present the monthly management accounts to the management team, including variance analysis and recommendations. Oversee inventory and purchasing, including stock tracking, usage monitoring, expiry control, and recording of treatment-related product consumption. Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely payments, collections, and accurate reconciliations. Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely, compliant audit completion. Ensure accurate and punctual submission of statutory filings (SST/GST, income tax). Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with clear data-driven insights. Undertake ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience; experience across multiple entities is an advantage. Experience in inventory management, e-invoicing, and SST/GST is preferred. Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail; able to translate data into actionable insights. Confident communicator with the ability to present financial information to senior management. Independent, proactive, and able to deliver within tight monthly timelines. High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information. Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., Autocount, SQL) and strong in MS Excel.
