Job Description

We are a well-established and dynamic company specializing in the sale, rental and services (re-conditioning) of new and used construction machinery and equipment.

We are now looking for experience Senior Accounts Executive to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare of monthly financial schedules and assist in preparing financial reports for submission to HQ Finance. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Review supplier invoices, sundry payments, staff claims, and petty cash transactions. Monitor company financial transactions, including e-invoicing and SST submissions. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data accuracy and proper documentation. Assist with cash flow monitoring and submit cash book reports to SG HQ. Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff. Perform any ad hoc accounting or administrative tasks assigned by HQ Finance.
Requirements:

Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience. Candidates who can start immediately or are available on short notice will be given priority Proficient in accounting software i.e. SAP. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and relevant regulations. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication and coordination skills, especially when reporting to HQ. Language: Chinese, Malay & English.
