Senior Accounts Executive

(Pasir Gudang, Johor)

Responsibilities:

Ensure all periodic reports are promptly done and properly submitted Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with accountingpractice and and principles. Liaise with external auditor, tax consultant, legal advisors, government authorities, suppliers and etc. Handling full spectrum of accounting function of the group.

To maintain full set of accounts.

Produce monthly management reports, handle treasury banking and daily accounting functions. Handling Accounts Payable and Account Receivables (Receipts) transactions. Cash Book updating and Petty Cashiering. Filing and any ah-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

Must have good command in English

andBahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Advantage to know Mandarin

to deal with clients and stakeholders from China. Min 3 years of experiences handling full set of account. Experience in logistics industry audit firm will be an added advantage. Able to start immediately or with short notice. Experience in consolidated accounts would be an added advantage Computer literate and good communication skill Meticulous, analytical and able to work with minimum supervision

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
