POSITION - SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions related to manufacturing activities. Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.

Cost Tracking: Monitor and analyze production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead. Assist in the preparation of cost reports and variance analysis.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports related to manufacturing operations, including cost analysis, inventory valuation, and budget performance.

Inventory Control: Manage inventory accounting processes, including tracking inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring accurate valuation.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting process by providing cost data and assisting in financial forecasting for manufacturing operations.

Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information related to manufacturing. Address any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and complete financial documentation for audits and reviews.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions in manufacturing accounting. Collaborate with production teams to enhance financial efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, finance, and supply chain teams to understand financial impacts and provide actionable insights.
