About Us:

Medinex Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. is a subsidiary of Medinex Group. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team and contribute to our financial success.

Position: Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive

Location: Nusajaya, Johor, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full set of account up to balance sheet and meet the timeline for our clients. Prepare and submit GST claims in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and audits. Provide guidance to junior team members where applicable. Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Minimum a diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 3 years of proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role. For those without relevant work experience or those with only Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) experience can be considered for Assistant positions. Candidates can be considered for a senior position if they possess relevant years of experience and/or CA qualification. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient communication in English for both writing and speaking. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to start work in a short notice period.
