• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CPA certification preferred).
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards.
• Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Supervise and review the work of junior accountants.
• Lead the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Prepare tax filings and liaise with tax authorities.
• Manage audits and ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.
• Manage fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Coordinate weekly reporting to management regarding cash flow, cash balances, and loan balances.
