Work experience (including technical/ professional training and qualification ) in :\xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 2 years\' HR work experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a supervisory capacity.\xef\x82\xb7 Good analytical skills & detail-oriented.\xef\x82\xb7 Project Management.\xef\x82\xb7 Scheduling and Planning.\xef\x82\xb7 Team player & great interpersonal and communication skills\xef\x82\xb7 Good time-management skills.Other requirements\xef\xbc\x9a\xef\x82\xb7 RBA knowledge.\xef\x82\xb7 Confidence & Energy.\xef\x82\xb7 Written and Verbal communication skills.\xef\x82\xb7 Team working skills.\xef\x82\xb7 Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills.\xef\x82\xb7 Leadership.\xef\x82\xb7 Organizational skills.ResponsibilitiesJob responsibilities\xef\xbc\x9a( Please address as detailed as possible)\xef\x82\xb7 Full in charge in all administration initiatives which include Employee Group Insurance, Attire, Stationery, Accommodation, Transportation, Property Maintenance, Annual Events & Projects, Social Responsibility Program.\xef\x82\xb7 To liaise with government statutory bodies (PUSPAKOM, MPJBT, POLICE & Government Hospital) for legal and administration requirement.\xef\x82\xb7 To monitor & liaise with contractors/ vendors on the maintenance & upkeep of office equipment, company vehicle & other facilities. Form No: FM- Rev.03\xef\x82\xb7 To monitor and handle company\'s vehicles included insurance, road tax and vehicle inspection with PUSPAKOM.\xef\x82\xb7 To monitor and to ensure all staffs vehicles are legally park at company compound.\xef\x82\xb7 To provide an efficiency and professional of internal transportation services to all employees.\xef\x82\xb7 To handle and provide the necessary facilities such as attire, stationery and etc for new hires.\xef\x82\xb7 To monitor & ensure smooth running of the office by through timely supply of office stationery, refreshments, office & pantry consumables and all others forms such as Leave Form, Gate Pass Form, Application Form, medical chits & etc.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.\xef\x82\xb7 Organize meeting schedules for various departments.\xef\x82\xb7 Respond to incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails.\xef\x82\xb7 Provide assistance in filtering and forwarding communications to proper individuals and departments.\xef\x82\xb7 Create written and typed reports, including memos and business letters.\xef\x82\xb7 To liaise with cleaners to ensure the task is carried out when needs.\xef\x82\xb7 To booking of air tickets, Visa, hotels, transport, travel insurance & etc.\xef\x82\xb7 To organize monthly birthday events.\xef\x82\xb7 To handle Company chops. \xef\x82\xb7 To cover Receptionist when required.\xef\x82\xb7 Work and co-ordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and effective operation in the office;\xef\x82\xb7 To perform any other duties as appointed by the managementBenefitsSupplemental pay types:
