Job Title Senior Admin, FX Control & Reporting



What is the opportunity?

Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing centre of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographic time zones. The country employs a global operating model to maximize efficiencies across time zones and supports a 24/5 operations.

This role involves day to day processing of RBC Trust clients FX instructions through a dedicated FX Operations (FXO) function which comes under TMS Operations. The team to ensure timely execution of various functions within back office support as it may relate to FXSI verification including FXSI verification including FXSI uploads; new, add-ons and removal of FX SI; Investigation of all applicable Task Dashboard items; FX documentation; Regulatory Reporting submissions and Reconciliation and Investigation.

Working Hours \xe2\x80\x93 3pm to 12am / 4pm-1am

What will you do?

• Provide direct support and guidance to other FX Ops analysts and provide assistance to the Head of FX Operations Canada as required.
• Provide superior client experience and strengthens relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive response to queries raised by FX Management or other internal teams to take accountability in addressing items raised
• Continuous Monitoring of ICMP Controls are completed in time and reviewed by Supervisor / Management for Sample testing
• Daily monitoring of Task Dashboard and Wolverine Tool to ensure timely completion of required account setups or to address any issues
• Timely submission of Canadian and APAC trade reporting to DTCC Repository and where needed raise tickets to Kondor Support for assistance in producing correct records.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Client service management
• Knowledge of FX products, markets and industry practices (SWIFT)

Nice-to-have

• Milvus knowledge
• FX processing experience
