Marsh Insurance Brokers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur office: Senior Administrative Assistant What can you expect?

We will count on you to: To Assist doctors in various administrative tasks:

• submitting their Proposal Form
• explaining to them the benefits of MEDEFEND
• upgrade, request, or amend their policy or proposal form
• schedules internal and external meetings, communicates with clients and support staff as appropriate
• Liaise with the department Manager to handle requests and queries from senior managers
• Work closely with other internal departments such as finance, IT, etc.
• Participates in and records minutes of team meetings and projects with an eye toward improving processes and the overall performance of the team; proactively spots opportunities to add marginal internal meetings.

What you need to have:

• Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, or equivalent
• 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years of experience in Administrative within the Insurance industry
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English or Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Have excellent communication skills with the drive to expand your knowledge
