Tracking on BCP update - worked with on any new dept. or any org change
Track on laptop purchase & expired for Supply Chain
YE Activity - meeting coordinator, budget, food & payment to school & JA (Champion)
EHS Activity - support for meeting coordinator & champion
POI on yearly payment & site events champion for Supply Chain
Supporting Supply Chain Leads as needed
Coordinating monthly meeting for SC Leads
Coordinating visitors & room booking - visitors & training
Coordinating on townhall chart - every quarter for site and SLT townhall
Assist on stationeries, papers
Ordering ESD shoes & smocks - washing of smock
Ordering food - site events
Flower ordering - wreath & fruit basket for employees
Supporting GMOS site event for SC - Captain
Supporting visitors for logistic arrangements - order food, pick up & others
Seating arrangement - worked with CBRE on seating arrangement
Mobility program - update HR on any opt out or opt in
Coordinator for offsite meeting - once a year
Travel Site Coordinator for Penang & KL
US Visa Approval - US Travel only
Travel Request approval - US Travel only
Daily coordinating on travel issues daily issues
Credit Card coordinator -new application & on going issues
P card coordinator - new application & on going issues
Supporting on scanning/filing for iexpenses claims - worked w Jona & Susan
Handle all visa application for total site
Basic Requirements
Candidate must have at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration any related field.
Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Computer literate, good in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
Fast learner and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
