Job Title Senior Administrator, OTC Middle Office



What is the opportunity?

The OTC Back Office team provides the Over-the-Counter transactions Back Office activities. The service includes OTC trade capture and validation, OTC Collateral movements capture, OTC Cash Management and EMIR Services on behalf of European subsidiaries clients (Regulatory Reporting and Regulatory Reconciliations). Our mission is to perform day-to-day operations in offering transparency and high level of control to our clients regarding OTC products.

The incumbent is responsible for operating Back Office activities within deadlines stated in collaboration with Client Operations Europe Middle Office Services: Activities performed in the context of Custodian and Fund Administration principles, Prospectus, ISDA Master Agreements, internal policies and procedures and ensuring optimal client service. The Back Office team is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of Back Office activities.

Region: Europe (Luxembourg & Dublin)

Working hours: 3:00PM - 12:00AM or 4:00PM - 1:00AM

What will you do?

The Middle Office team processes all Over-the-Counter transactions. The service includes OTC trade capture and validation, OTC Cash Management and EMIR Services on behalf of European subsidiaries clients (Regulatory Reporting and Regulatory Reconciliations). Other OTC service includes pricing and valuation.

The Middle office team also provide Collateral management service.

The incumbent is responsible to ensure day to day task is executed in an accurate and timely manner.

Responsible to supervise the day-to-day OTC & Collateral operation, innovation and goals defined by the Director of Client Operations Malaysia, implemented and actively contribute to the implementation of the Target Operating Model for OTC activities

Accountable for the service alignment, accuracy and quality delivered across Europe. Ensuring delivery as per SLA.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Strong ability to work as part of a team

Sensitivity to information systems and good command of the Office package Specifically Excel and Access

Background in Fund Industry

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of OTC Derivatives product is a plus

Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters is a plus
