Job Title Senior Administrator, Securities Lending (UK)



What is the opportunity?

Investor & Treasury Services Malaysia is a processing center of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographic time zones. The country employs a global operating model to maximize efficiencies across time zones and supports a 24/7 operations.

As a Senior Administrator in Securities Lending, you will be managing reporting, client set up and ongoing client maintenance for multiple products including: Securities lending, FX, Enhanced custody and other middle office products. The team works in partnership with Middle office in other geographies (Toronto and Luxembourg)

You will be supporting UK market. Working hours would be between 3:00pm and 12:00am, however, working hours might change due to business needs.

What will you do?

Assist in the new client setup and client maintenance process to ensure accuracy of profiles in line with contracts, policies and regulations and providing support for ongoing satisfaction of clients by ensuring deliverables meet client needs and expectations.

Assists in the management of the client reporting databases.

Assists in the management of regulatory requirements and work with team members in regards to investigations, analysis and issue resolution.

Provide technical support for testing on critical and strategic projects and assist with the organizational framework within Reporting and Control and help support the delivery of quality service and operational excellence.

Work with Client Solutions to implement changes to meet client needs while assisting with application and process changes to promote understanding and ensure changes are properly implemented.

Ensure timely escalation to Management of any situation where Securities Lending or FX is outside set Risk Policies outlining mitigation and recommendations for changes, if necessary.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

In-depth knowledge in different investment instruments.

Experience in banking operations and back office.

Experience in Securities Operations or financial services.

Nice-to-have

Relevant tertiary education

Willingness to take on new challenges, confident and self-motivated

Prioritises work effectively, taking accountability and following up where appropriate to ensure deadlines are met.
