The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their \xe2\x80\x98centres of excellence\xe2\x80\x99 and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.You will be supporting Channel Islands business, working on shift hours of 4:00pm \xe2\x80\x93 1:00am or 3:00pm-12:00am.What will you do?

  • Provide operational support and control enabling the growth of Business in British Isles for multiple jurisdictions and business entities.
  • The role is responsible for executing the established control and risk management environment to ensure all reconciliations are produced in accordance with Bank standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring reporting is delivered within the agreed SLA, business partners must be advised if timeframes can\xe2\x80\x99t be met.
  • Operate common processes in support of all reconciliation and cash investigation activities.
  • Escalate file/statement issues to the Manager Reconciliations BI to gain resolution.
  • Ensure all stock reconciliations and control reporting activity are completed and performed in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Provide relief support and other duties as assigned on all functions performed within the team and across the department.
  • Ensure proper escalation of issues / risks to management.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
What do you need to succeed?Must-have
  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences within a Private Bank or Wealth Management environment
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Preferably with knowledge of Intellisuite reconciliation tools
Nice-to-have
  • Strong working knowledge in MS Outlook / MS Word / MS Excel
  • Strong working knowledge in Securities settlement and reconciliations
