To review the overall Logistics Section including all Logistics and Material Management operations in both Sabah and Sarawak including Lang Lebah and all other future projects. To advice and give guidance to the Head, Logistics Section including the Materials team ensuring the Safety Security Health & Environment (SSHE) is always given full attention and this is cascaded to the team.
Managing of Schedule waste and ensuring the compliance, team to have competent person attending and to keep their CEPSuM current at all times. The team completes their safety and other mandatory trainings, audits for PTW and JSA and timely closed.
To advice and give guidance to the Head, Logistics Section including the Materials team ensuring all Logistics and Materials management procedure and policy and updated and cascaded to the team. Look for opportunities to synergies with other PAC on vessel and aviation sharing, berth sharing and creating a cost optimization. Support and provide guidance in all aspects for Logistics and Material Management functions in relation to Marine, Aviation transportations, Warehousing, Yard management, Vendor Managed Inventory and preventative maintenance activities, schedule waste management and freight forwarding activities.
Support and provide guidance in Compliance with Petronas and PTTEP Malaysia Inventory Process Flow to support of all Drilling & Production Operations. Identify and encourage potential synergies and cost savings initiatives in Logistics and Materials Management to the benefit of the company and the operations.
Guidance to follow up and meet all Marine and Aviation regulations, Port and Supply Base International Ship and Port Facility Code(ISPS), Department of Environment ( DOE) and Customs requirement. To advise on cost optimization, additional opportunity and KPIs\' from any future endeavors, and to support PTTEP operations safely and cost effectively. Guide to enhance leadership qualities and commitment to a multi-national team, working across the following areas. KL Office Based Team, Support Base and warehousing, Marine support vessels and Aviation Support Activity
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Guide the overall Logistics Section follow the Alignment; Assignment and the Appointment process that will prepare them for the Leadership role ensuring that all supply chain activity is carried out in compliance with company, national and international legislation. Assist to identify synergies between the support bases, personnel, marine and aviation resources to provide the optimal operational environment for PTTEP Malaysia. Conduct knowledge sharing and management sessions to promote the development of Logistics and Materials Management personnel across all logistics support areas. Assist and guide the team to be the center of excellence for Inventory, Materials Management, Logistics Operations
Look out for innovative ideas that can be proposed @ Robotic warehousing and possible automated system for future projects. Guide and ensure compliance with SAP Inventory Management process flow, and Logistics which are in accordance with PTTEP and Petronas procedures. Advice on early start and monitoring of all contracts, monitoring Responsible for all aspects of supply chain, materials management and Logistics for production operations, development and exploratory drilling operations. Ensure compliance with the periodic maintenance and preservation of all material and inventory stored in the warehouse, yard and Vendor Managed Inventory.
Responsible for the compliance with procedures for Materials management and Logistics, budgets, associated with Offshore Production, Drilling and Onshore Support Operations. Ensure that all materials management activities are carried out in compliance with PSC requirements, National, International and Corporate SSHE standard and procedures. Ensure Material Resource Planning items are managed, monitored and reviewed accordingly to the PTTEP Material Resource Planning Procedures and covering all areas required by the PPGUA and or PTS creating a synergy between PTTEP and Petronas. Evaluate with team and strategies the KPI that will be intended for the year to work on it positively achieving it and at the same time improving the performance on the Logistics Team as a whole. Digitalization to improve and to be efficient with data on hand. Manage and optimized contracts utilizations and participate in Tender technical exercise. Ensuring all contracts and awarded a min one month ahead of expiry.

4. SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide guidance and manage Materials Management and Logistics personnel to comply with corporate HSE requirements.
Cultivate safety culture in Materials Management and Logistics personnel in line with PTTEP Malaysia and Corporate safety policies and procedures
All offshore personnel, contract staff and technical staff.
Supply base personnel, Marine and Aviation.

6. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education in supply chain or logistics based subject or related activity preferable or Minimum of 20 years\' experience in Materials Management and Logistics in Oil and Gas industry.
Minimum of 15 years\' experience in one or more of the following areas Drilling and Productions Operations logistics, warehousing operations, materials control and or equipment transportation and clearance.
Minimum of five years\' operating in a senior management role. Minimum of ten years operating in a senior supervisory role.
Exposure to the management of matters relating to Security Safety Health and Environment. Experience in the development of SAP Materials Management and Inventory Control.
Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrument equipment and construction, drilling, marine, aviation services, Local Customs requirements Must have good command in English (written and oral).
